Appointment Booking Policy

• Please note that your dental appointment reservation will only be confirmed after a deposit payment is made.
• This deposit will be deducted from your total payment on the day of your appointment.
• If you need to change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hrs. in advance.
• Missed appointments (no-show) or cancellations are non-refundable.
• This policy is in place to ensure fair scheduling and availability for other patients.

Online Booking Terms

• For online bookings, please ensure you provide valid contact information. In case of any changes or necessary adjustments, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Late Arrival Policy

• We kindly request that patients arrive on time for their appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure other patients are not delayed.
