Refund Policy
Customers may contact our admin via Line at @dinersdental or email at diners.dental@gmail.com to request a refund for dental package coupons under the following conditions only. The clinic will refund only the actual amount paid by the customer. Once all required documents have been received, the clinic will process the refund as follows:
- Within 14 business days via bank transfer if the payment was made by bank transfer.
- Within 30 business days via credit card based on the credit card billing cycle if the payment was made by credit card.
Full Refund Cases:
- If the customer requests a cancellation in writing via Line (@dinersdental) or email (diners.dental@gmail.com) within 7 days of purchase, provided that no appointment has been scheduled and no services have been used.
- If the dentist is unable to provide the service.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- If the customer does not use the service before the coupon expires. The e-coupon for dental package is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- If the customer misses the appointment without canceling or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
- If the customer has purchased a package for multiple sessions and has already used at least one session, even if the full package has not been used.
- If more than 7 days have passed since the purchase date of the coupon.
